  • Responsabilità per danni: in caso di danni causati ai materiali o alle attrezzature, il cliente sarà tenuto al risarcimento.

  • Comportamento responsabile: è obbligatorio rispettare le indicazioni fornite dal personale per garantire la sicurezza.

  1. Politica su Biglietti e Rimborsi

  • I biglietti acquistati sono nominali e validi solo per la data e l’orario selezionato.

  • Le cancellazioni sono accettate entro 24 ore dall’orario prenotato, con possibilità di rimborso parziale (escluse eventuali commissioni).

  • In caso di mancata presentazione, non sono previsti rimborsi.

  • È possibile modificare la prenotazione con almeno 48 ore di preavviso, previa verifica della disponibilità.

  • Professional photo shoots are not allowed without purchasing the specific additional service for this activity.

  • Validity: Tickets are nominative and non-transferable.

  • Payments:

    • Cash payments are not possible; payments must be completed online using available methods (e.g. credit card, PayPal).

  • Refunds:

    • Full refund for cancellations communicated within 24 hours of the booked time.

    • No refunds in case of no-show.

4. Rules of Use of the Selfie Room

  • It is forbidden to move, damage or steal the scenographic objects.

  • Any damage caused will be charged to the customer, with obligation to compensate.

  • The staff reserves the right to remove customers in the event of behavior that does not comply with the rules.

  • No pets (unless otherwise stated) or food/drinks are allowed.

  • Professional photo shoots are not allowed without reservation and payment of the dedicated additional service.

5. Limitation of Liability
MOMA ENTERTAINMENT SRL is not responsible for:

  • Damage or injury caused by improper use of equipment or failure to comply with the rules.

  • Delays or interruptions in services due to force majeure.

6. Intellectual Property
All contents of the site and the decorative elements of the Selfie Room are the exclusive property of MOMA ENTERTAINMENT SRL. Any reproduction or unauthorized use is prohibited.
